    Постройка 90-х гг., одна из самых красивых мечетей Ашхабада. При возведении использовались элементы турецкого стиля, название тоже имеет турецкие корни – оно дано в честь отца правителя Османа I. Храм вмещает почти 5 тыс. верующих и является самым большим в столице. Во внутреннем дворе и отделке видны элементы старинного византийского стиля.
