We speak with you to find your favourite flavour combinations and create a unique multiple layered gateaux in various sizes catering for any number of guests and special occasions. Our philosophy is to use quality ingredients, matched with professional skills to create a product that we have to love before we sell it to you. Each gateaux is unique and tailor made to suit your requirements and tastes The following prices are based on having a mousse gateaux of either chocolate (white, milk, dark) or a fruit based mousse. All gateaux also include 4 internal layers based on your favourite flavour combinations and come with hand made chocolate decorations. Individual 7 inch square 9 inch square 11 inch square 14 x 10 inch rectangle $7.00 please note there is a minimum order of 15 individual gateaux $65.00 will serve approximately 9 people $100.00 will serve approximately 16 people $155.00 will serve approximately 25 people $240.00 will serve approximately 40 people
